Made with superior Rotary Forged® technology, the Stirling is a lightweight aftermarket, sports enthusiast wheel made especially for Mercedes Accessories. With the influence of motorsport on the luxury class in mind, the Stirling features 15 spokes sprouting from the center and divided into 5 paired sections symmetrical in size and shape.
The Stirling Rotary Forged® wheel is manufactured using a highly advanced production technique called Rotary Forging. The rim of the wheels is forged under high pressure while the wheel rotates at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and improves the strength of the alloy. The benefit is much lighter weight than a normal cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight savings are on the outer edge of the wheel, dramatically reducing rotational mass and improving vehicle performance.
