How can I place an order?

You can make your purchase online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You must create a customer account, select the products and follow the purchasing process. We can assist during your purchase during business hours.

Factory warranty (Tires)

At the moment we offer management with the manufacturer's warranty. The effectiveness of the warranty is conditional on the damage suffered by the tire coming exclusively from defects in the materials used in manufacturing or workmanship. Initiating the warranty process does not constitute a promise to acknowledge warranty.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yeah! All our prices shown on mantallanta.com include VAT.

Product warehouses nationwide are not authorized to serve customers. The tire brand warehouses only make home deliveries once an order has been placed on Mantallanta.com

When will I recive my order?

An estimated time will be displayed during the purchasing process. The estimated time we ask for is 1-3 business days as this will vary depending on delivery location, product location and payment method.

Shipping and transportation

We have free home delivery on most popular tire brands on the market. We ship by heavy load transport and choose according to availability. For example: Bemau Express, Ecuatoriana de Transporte, Transporte Enetsa, Pioneros del Austro, among others.

What cards do you accept?

You can pay with your credit card deferred from 3 to 12 payments with Diners, Discover, Banco Pichincha, Guayaquil and Pacifico cards. With other cards you can make current payments. To pay by card you must select the Pagomedios / Pay via payment link option during the purchase process.

Wire transfer?

We also have the bank transfer payment method available. Once you select this payment method, you will receive an email with our bank details so you can make the deposit. You can send proof of payment directly to our Company WhatsApp to manage the order: +593 982713175

Do we offer direct credit?

No. Our only payment methods are by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Can I pick up my order at a warehouse?

Return of products

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee after receiving the product. Causes that warrant a return: If the products you purchased appear as compatible with your vehicle in our database, but when installed it was not compatible. (Modified vehicle does not apply). Products received are not those ordered.
